Through your story I learned how personal God is and taught me how to relate with Him... He give you dates and His word was fulfilled. I want that kind of details my prayer has changed thanks to your story. I remember when we came to visit you at the hospital with Jane. You were soo lite up... I remember telling Jane that's how Jesus shows up in someone life...we remember going out happy and encourage...am glad and grateful to know you. Your story is the best birthday gift this year for me. Most important you have taught me how to hold on to God's word calmly and how to be personal with Him (intimacy with God). Am forever grateful. God's blessings on this book it will take you places you have never been to and even have book translated to other languages... That's my prayer.

Hi Diane. Just finished reading your opus magnum and posted a review. So I guess we have another Jamaican making history as I am not aware of too many Christian Jamaican autobiographical works. Of course that may just be due to my limited literary exposure. For me your book was like reality literature if there is even such a thing because you were successful in engaging me in the relational aspect and dramatic reality of God. So kudos to you young lady. I look forward to your next foray. Really enjoyed it!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!! Just finished reading your book and I’m totally blessed and a little tearful right now! This book is soooo God-glorifying and I’m privileged to observe how great God is in your life! The tears won’t stop. God has truly gifted you with language AND more than that, a God-glorifying story that needed to be told.
Bless you, dear friend, as you have blessed me. Now I need another tissue……

Your story is definitely one to be shared to inspire persons in the 'mean time'. For me, it has inspired me to not get caught up in the insignificant things but instead to use my experiences to help others through their pain.

I must say how much I am inspired by this book God in the Meantime by Diane Batchelor, Author . An honest and very engaging account of God's faithfulness resulting from Diane 's unwavering commitment to live purposefully in intimate relationship with her Lord.
If you doubt that God speaks to you, wants to give you His best and that waiting on His timing is worthwhile, this book is a 'must read'.
Diane's honesty about her doubts, fears and weaknesses makes her story credible and relatable. Not many of us would dare to be as vulnerable, risking human judgement. The clarity with which she explains God's intervention and faithfulness is riveting and will convert any atheist, bolster the faith of the doubters and cause all of us to rejoice in the patent goodness of our omnipotent God.

Brilliant!
Dianne is a master storyteller with a brilliant sense of humor. Her choice of words paint a beautiful picture and takes the reader through an adventure of trusting God, claiming His promises, and believing His word. Dianne's openness and vulnerability push you to question your own stubborn choices as you realize that only a God whose name is Love can be that patient even when we're pouting.
If you have ever doubted that mere humans can have a deep and meaningful relationship with The Divine, this book will convince you that not only is it possible, it's available to anyone who believes. If your deep desire is to learn how to enjoy and be grateful for both the good and the not-so-good in life, this book will gently lead you there.

Riveting .... Couldn’t put it down! Only God!
The recounting of Diane Batchelor’s life, from her first love and eventual husband, to long awaited children, health struggles and everything in between allows us to glimpse into how God is at work even when we don’t see him in the MEANtime. Very powerful! A must read !
